Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel earlier than 7 days before your booked stay, we will retain your deposit.
If you cancel later than 7 days before your booked stay, we will retain 75% of the rental price (excluding cleaning and extra bed fees). If we find alternative tenats at short notice, we may reduce the cancellation fees at our discretion.
